Talk of bringing back the MILITARY DRAFT even though 13th amendment bans it

If tyler really means that then i support him. MAWA is our only hope. Diversity is a terrible idea. Mixing races and languages and cultures always leads to trouble. How can it be otherwise?

Of course you do. You're a bitter, angry old man. A pimple on the ass of humanity. The sooner you hang yourself in a closet or choke on your own vomit, the better for everyone.

In 19i8 the Supremes ruled a draft legal and constitution using the power to raise money for and declare war. They ruled the draft is a necessary part of that power.

I was coming here to say this. LOL. So... You just go on then.

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.' The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State. Our opinion is that any law, State or Federal, is repugnant to the Constitution, and void, which contravenes this right. [Nunn vs. State, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846)]

The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the high powers" delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.' A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power." [Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859)]

The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people; or of peaceable assemblies by them, for any purposes whatsoever, and in any number, whenever they may see occasion. —ST. GEORGE TUCKER'S BLACKSTONE

The right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against tyranny, which though now appears remote in America, history has proven to be always possible. — Senator Hubert H. Humphrey

As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms. — Tench Coxe in `Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal Constitution' under the Pseudonym "A Pennsylvanian" in the Philadelphia Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789 at 2 col. 1.

The writings of scholars who have written on the subject are virtually united on the point that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms, not simply the state national guards. — PROFESSOR GLENN HARLAN REYNOLDS

That the said Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of The United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms... — Samuel Adams, Debates and Proceedings in the Convention of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, at 86-87

The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full possession of them. — Zachariah Johnson, 3 Elliot, Debates at 646

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them. — George Mason, during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution (1788)
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Expressed law would be the 13A and it clearly bans military drafts. The govt can't force you to do any job except as punishment for a crime. Jury duty is also unconstitutional. THINK
So what. The militia is not the regular military. Only right-wingers prefer to be disingenuous to prove they can't be trusted with public office.

Vote Blue not Red!

Are the Marines getting massively downsized because they are too male, and women dont want to join, and women tend to not be able to do the job?

The defense and protection of the state and of the United States is an obligation of all persons within the state. The legislature shall provide for the discharge of this obligation and for the maintenance and regulation of an organized militia.

there seems to be a few high level DoD hate mongerers who are jealous of the Corps............so it seems they are trying to destroy it from within

Female marines.!!! God help us. Wimmin are physically equal to 10-year-old boys. There are hundreds of boys HS basketball teams that could beat the best of the WNBA.

VDH says that this hatchet job to the Marines is almost certainly at least in part being done to further the WOKE Revolution, though he does not know how.

He says that in the March 29 VDH Show.
