I personally say that's done! NO Collusion, NO obstruction, NO indictments, ALL DONE!!!!!
Comey's daughter begs to differ, doesn't she?

Nothing personal there "E," but I am amazed how little conservatives actually understand the Constitution they so often praise
First off, no Constitutional right, none, First, Second or Fourth, are absolute, never have been, and never will be
Second, you seem to have forgotten a key element in the Amendment, "upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Article I, Section 8, Clause 18, gives the Oversight Committee the authority to subpoena Trump's taxes and Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 gives them cause
And lastly, it doesn't matter, the whole thing will be buried in the Courts for years, that is what Trump does with all his challenges, he doesn't have an army of attorneys and "fixers" on retainer for nothing. However, as long as the issue is alive the question of what is he hiding grows, and when coupled with is soon to be the heavily retracted Barr Report, the concern over Trump's trustworthiness and honesty will only escalate.
In other words, none of it is going to benefit Trump, and even Fox won't be able to deflect the questions
The papers in question are not in the possession of Rump, they have already been submitted to the United States and are the property of the United States.
I agree Rump has no obligation to release his tax returns, the IRS however does have a legal obligation to give them to the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committer.
It is pretty interesting how the tax thing went big the day after the collusion thing imploded.
We'll see if the courts agree, I don't. It's illegal for the IRS to deliver anybody's tax returns to public observation, and to any court or congress without due process of the law and thereby "PROBABLE CAUSE" of a crime supported by oath or affirmation.
Sounds like Trumpf has something to hide, which ultimately will be just as politically damaging, or more so, than simply being as transparent and open as other presidents were in disclosing their financial interests to their constituents.
Unless he is trying to hide something, Trumpf should release his tax returns like every other president of the modern era has.
Why do you want Trumpf's tax returns hidden from public scrutiny?
Comey's daughter begs to differ, doesn't she?
You haven't explained why you fear having Trumpf's tax returns made public, like all other presidents of the modern era have done.
What is the source of your fear?
Hmmm...I wasn't aware that the IRS weighed in when the Founders were crafting the rulebook?
Where does it say it is illegal for one branch, the IRS to give information they own, to another branch, Congress?
Other than Barr providing a dozen or so words out of a 400 page report, who has claimed the collusion and obstruction thing is done?
Hillary has a twin?
Trump would have voluntarily released his taxes - like every single other modern president has - unless he feels he has something to hide.
I would be astonished if he did anything blatantly illegal on his taxes. But you and I both know his tax returns are going to show that rich guys like Trump have the system gamed to where their effective tax rate ends up being far lower than the tax rates average schmucks making 50 grand a year have to pay.
And that is exactly why you and Trumpf want his taxes hidden from public view. Because it will confirm what most Americans already suspect - rich guys like Trump have the system gamed for themselves. And rich guys like Trump are trying to keep it that way.
Do you ever have anything OTHER than strawmen scarecrow?

Amendment 4 !!!!!!!!!

It does not say that information you gave to the government cannot be shared within that government. Silly.
