The majority of Carlson's posts pull in less than 6 million viewers around the world over a 3 week time period. It's impossible to say how many of those are repeat views or Russian bots viewing to retweet.
CNN averages 601,000 viewers in the US per hour in prime time. (They don't count overseas viewers.)

Trump now thinks he negotiated horrible terms that he agreed to.
