Yes that is an interesting question, I don't think so , the MAGA would run him even if he is completely out of it , sitting there sobering and drooling all over himself, They would say that is just normal for him.
It wouldn't matter to them he is already half brain dead now as it is.

Here is a weird idea, there are four ways a president can be removed:
1) impeachment and conviction, which is nearly impossible with the current Republicans in the Senate.
2) removal by half the cabinet, which is difficult given that trump appoints the cabinet. It is impossible if trump does not appoint the cabinet. So if trump has a stroke before appointing the cabinet, this cannot happen.
3) resignation, which I think trump might not do even if he were truly incapacitated.
4) death, which is not as subjective as the other judgements, so can be pronounced by a doctor in the normal way.

There are plenty of possibilities for incapacitation that are not death, and if they happen, we might be stuck with a president in very bad shape.

We can all agree Vance is hoping that trump gets elected, and then somehow removed.

trump is 78, to have sex with Loomer, he has to be using Viagra or something like that.

If he were like Carter, and lived a centered, moderate, life, he could live longer. Instead, he is a drug addict, and will die soon. It is just the way of the world.

That is true. If trump has a stroke on January 19th, he might not be able to take the Oath of Office. Taking the Oath of Office does not require a lot of ability, so it is possible he could take the Oath of Office, but not be able to make a decision as simple as what he wants to eat for dinner.

If trump is alive, but unable to take the Oath of Office, I am really unsure what happens. I do not think anyone has ever thought of that.

When you get further into education, you begin to realize that you can go forever, or until you decide to stop going. I started taking courses in other majors, and everyone was fine with that. Graduate students are basically slave labor, and they are eager to keep you as long as they can.

If I did not have a family, I might just keep getting PHDs over and over again.

Vance is a smart enough person that he is planning to remove trump if trump is president. Half the cabinet can remove the president, so Vance will try to get enough of his people in the cabinet to do that.

trump was fine with killing Pence, so I suppose he will be fine with killing Vance. That all presupposes that trump has the mental ability to make adult plans... Which is cannot be assured.

A lot of Republicans are looking at this and hoping trump loses. That leaves open the question of how bad it would have been.

Up until yesterday I believed this to be true. Now I believe that they want trump to win because his real plan is to become POTUS, get rid of those pesky Federal trials, and then step down.

People might not realize it, but they're voting for President Vance, which is a truly scary thought.
