Not a particularly wealthy public school, but not a bad one, either.

I know what you're getting at about the wealthy public schools, evince, but it isn't the curriculum material
that breeds all the assholes there. It's partially the entitlement.

Even there, though, you don't really spoil kids because you can afford to give them "stuff."
You spoil them by not giving them accountability.
Gang bangers from poor ghetto schools also lack accountability, albeit for obviously different reasons..

The tiny percentage of people who actually benefit from Republican policy are influenced by their profit motives, not their education.

For that, they use a lot of perverse approaches like racism, religion, xenophobia, and misogyny.

Good education, public or private*, mitigates against that.

Unfortunately, teachers have never been paid an appropriate salary.
I agree that they deserve one.
Too much money is misappropriated elsewhere.
School sports alone waste a ton of money.

And please stop calling me "dude," evince.

the fields are used by local sports teams which help to keep ypur population healthy and provideb green areas



the BEST materials that are proven advantages in promoting learning


the best teachers we can find


this is the backbone



if you don't pay teachers a decent living wage you lose all the talent




that will pay forb its self over and over again with the revenue these educated children will produce over their lifetimes


educated, healthy, productive and happy populace is exactly what a good functioning capitalist democracy will thrive on.

I'm not having a get off my lawn moment, evince.
Many urban schools are a disgrace, and it all ties into what I said about education for everybody being the enemy of the oligarchs.

We've got to pour tons of money into improving schools.
That means higher taxes for those who are doing well and can well afford it.
It also means less wasteful defense spending when no nation in the world is stupid enough to attack us militarily.

But you lash at me in unwarranted ways solely because I'm an older white male.

the founders agree with him


A hybid is the best from of government


without all the tools in your basket its hard to keep it properly functioning


If you wonder if the founders would use socialism to correct the malfunction then you need to read the constitution


they wrote theb post office right into the constitution

instead of building walls lets supply computers


upgrade the schools for function and wiring type stuff
