Despite your best attempts to continue playing dumb, It is a fact that we have courts, at varying levels, who are responsible for determining the constitutionality of laws. Determining the constitutionality of laws requires that the courts interprets the meaning of the words in the Constitution.

So, you can believe that there was no election in 2020. You can believe that there is no need to interpret the Constitution or determine the constitutionality of laws. You can believe that absentee voting magically moves election day. You can believe that the Earth's atmosphere doesn't impact temperatures. You can believe that it is impossible to know the temperature of planets. You can believe all of the crazy things that you want to believe, because being crazy isn't inherently illegal or wrong.

Still, the fact remains that the world you live in is not the world where reasonable people live.

The article YOU posted says that, since 2004, there have been 534 instances of voter fraud in Texas, out of nearly 100 million votes cast during that time. Does that really concern you?
