Do you know the details of the case? The investigation? Do you know what a cross draw is? Do you know what a rehearsal is? Do you know if he intended to aim at her?

If so, you're a bona fide psychic and should work for the police.
 
The killer, Baldwin and others best have deep pockets...multiple lawsuits.

The person who held the gun that killed a woman bears the most responsibility and others lessor responsibility.
 
A hypothetical...someone hands you a gun and says it isn’t loaded and then tells you to point it at your head and pull the trigger.

This is the reasoning behind the fact that you have the responsibility to verify that the gun is not loaded with a live round.
 
I have not seen one viable justification on this forum for anyone holding a real firearm (the only one that can fire off a round) and pulling the trigger and killing a human being.

Not one.

The courts will affirm this, the person who fires a round and kills another has liability.
 
Since the killer, Baldwin, has apologized to the family of the victim, we know that he has admitted that he killed her.

We also know that since she was unarmed, it was not self-defense.
 
Baldwin is reported to have retreated to his home in the Hamptons ...probably to attempt to hide his assets.
 
This killer who tries to prevent law abiding citizens from owning guns to protect themselves and their families is now facing the fact that he used a gun to kill a woman and wound a man.

Not just someone. It was the person who was in charge of ammunition. It was an expert in arms, which Baldwin was not. That was the person with responsibility. You must understand that. It is so simple and obvious. You are trying to make Baldwin guilty because he is a lefty. If Trump did it, you would be blaming others.
