Isn't blackmail when someone contacts the person they are blackmailing and demands money or they will reveal it to the media or the public?

Stormy never contacted Trump. She contacted The National Enquirer. Your claim of blackmail is ridiculous. No person with an actual brain would accuse Stormy of blackmail based on the facts of who she contacted to try to sell the story.

Why? A person who commits Crime A in Boston can be tried and sentenced in that Boston court. If another person Commits that same crime A in Detroit he can also be tried and sentenced for that crime in Detroit. It is not the same court or same case, but both people are convicted for the same crime.

but since Trump didn't commit a crime anywhere, and only NY has the law they claim he violated, NY must prove he broke the law.......they haven't and they have rested their case.......
