Californian teacher wins her pronouns court case

On October 7, 2023, the Palestinian Sunni Islamist group Hamas (a U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization, or FTO) led surprise attacks against Israel from the Gaza Strip. More than 1,200 Israelis and foreign nationals (including at least 35 U.S. citizens in Israel) were killed.

Israeli infants were burned alive and beheaded.

The cowards in Hamas are getting what they richly deserve.

October 7th was a reprisal attack- after genocidal Jews had murdered almost 500 Palestinians, including women and children, in the West Bank during 2023 prior to October 7th. These killings form part of the evidence of Israeli genocide being brought before the ICJ by several countries.

No occupation = no resistance to occupation. Israeli Jews- go home.

If you are silent when the caged lioness endures years of goading, deprivation , torture and the killing of her cubs by her brutal keepers- then stay silent when she escapes and savages her tormentors.

Israeli fathers and mothers watched as their burned, headless children that Hamas massacred, being carried out of their homes.

Hamas broke the ceasefire and they are getting what they richly deserve.

While I acknowledge her right to use biologically accurate pronouns, why wouldn't she address the kid in the way he/she wants to be addressed? A lot of kids go by nicknames. Would she refuse that, also?

I didn't say she should be required. I asked why she wouldn't, on her own, address a student in the manner he/she wants to be addressed? Would she refuse to use a nickname that was requested by a student?
