The Almighty
Yes, they do.
So you think they can violate the law that says they cannot?
Yes, they do.

I agree, the state has an agenda. That's why our founders gave us a constitution, which stands in your way. Forcing people to bow to the state's agenda is the goal.
You do not agree. The constitution is the state's proper agenda and you are at war with it.
When the law violates my constitutional rights, yes.
Again... in NO way does it violate your rights or theirs.
Nope. Go for it. Show me.
When you force me to bake a cake I don't want to because of my religion, you have violated the constitution.
Which part?
Nobody is being forced to bake a cake.
You're gonna have to get up to speed.
No one is being forced to bake a cake.
Which part of the Constitution is violated? Do you have an actual argument?
Nobody's forcing him to do anything.
You don't have to recognize the marriage of a gay couple as marriage.
Nobody is being forced to bake a cake.
Pretty sure the Federal civil rights act covers this topic. A public business does not have the right to discriminate based on race, religion, gender or orientation. Most states have adopted similar, sometimes more stringent laws.
Why not just say the thought of two guys having sex and getting married kills my boner? That's a more valid argument than anything posted in this thread so far.
Yes.So what if it has had a traditional definition? Is it unchangeable?
1. Yes it does, since traditional married is the backbone of a polite society. The state does not have an interest in protecting traditional definitions.
The discrimination is based on what two adults do in private.
