They claimed that all the evidence was going to be released in a torrent about two and a half years ago. It was going to be like "releasing the kraken." When they got to court, they had absolutely no evidence. This has been a regular occurance.

She is retired, spending time with her grandchildren, writing a book now and then. She is showing no fear that she will be prosecuted for anything. Even after 30+ years of intense investigation, they got nothing on her.

We're talking about bank records that were private and unavailable until just recently with the Republicans taking control of the committees that could issue subpoenas for them. The Democrats refused to do so. Same goes for IRS records that Biden made unavailable previously because HE changed the rules concerning their availablity.

Not yet. But it's looking damn good that in the near future, something will. Joke has repeatedly said he had no part in or connection to Bagman's business dealings. There is plenty of solid evidence including photographs, records, e-mails, etc., that show Joke did know what his son was up to to one degree or another. So, Joke was lying when he said he wasn't involved. The question on the table is to what degree was he involved?

You are talking about the bank records that the trump justice department subpoenaed 6 years ago, and could find nothing in. You are talking about the public disclosure forms that were made public 10 years ago. Or the IRS records that were made public 20 years ago.

This is going nowhere if Republicans can find no evidence.

No proof Joe was involved which is the Republican's problem. Even Republicans are admitting it now. It trump's case we have his own words, recordings of conversations with presidents and Secretaries of State. We have trump's signature on a hush money check to a porn star. That's evidence. In Joe's case we have nothing but right-wing propaganda and fever dreams.

Six years ago was well before Bagman's laptop hit the scene. The bank SAR reports to the IRS were made inaccessible right after Biden entered office. There was no one looking at them six years ago because there was no evidence yet of potential wrong doing by the Biden family. That started with the laptop right before the 2022 election.

The latest fight is with the FBI over records they REFUSE to turn over to Congress even though they have been legally subpoenaed--REPEATEDLY FOR THEM. The IRS fought to keep the SAR reports out of Republican hands too. This is ongoing from the Biden administration.
