He even served jail time over the issues relating to that judgement as he was involved in a heist to try to get items back.
He was sentenced to 33 years and served 9 years.

In my opinion, both are true. In the civil courts both are true.
In the criminal court neither are true yet.
You see, in this world there are different standards, the United States has a very high standard for Criminal culpability, and lower standards for other types of convictions. Individuals opinions have a standard set internally.
Less intelligent people often cannot see anything but black and white, but the world is full of grey.

They did, as described by NY law, in other states what they found him guilty of would have been rape.
In the vernacular what he was found guilty of is considered rape by most people. They found him guilty of inserting a body part into her vagina against her will.

The sad part is none of it was necessary. The Trumpys were totally bought in and would not care if he shot a person on 5th Avenue.
