Louisiana Requires All Public Classrooms to Display Ten Commandments

Interesting how controversial this issue is. Shows the state of America where some do want to force others to abide by Christian principles.
They feel like they're victims. White, straight, Christian men ruled every square inch of this country with violence and brutality for centuries. When their unearned privilege started to erode due to changing demographics and the age of civility (political correctness; racial, gender, and sexual liberation), they lost their goddamn minds. They elected Trump who lets them feel like they're victims. They think this is a revolution. It's actually the death throes of a failed cultural and political movement that cannot finish dying fast enough.

"A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind, and touches a heart." (attributed to an unknown source) Get over it... A little poster on the wall isn't going to damage anyone...;)
It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL. You know that paper you all pretend to revere until you don't? And then we find out you don't even understand it?

Whenever I see “where does the Constitution say…..” bullshit, it’s typically from some moron who knows nothing about the Constitution or the historical rulings on it. You appear to be one of those. And you validate it with “why is it unconstitutional?”

Most one room schoolhouses also taught that Honest Abe never told a lie and that George Washington cut down a cherry tree. Try to catch up to the 21st century, Rufus
So, you can't show us. Gotcha.

Those exact words don’t appear, except in writings from the Founding Fathers but…
“The First Amendment has two provisions concerning religion: the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause. The Establishment clause prohibits the government from "establishing" a religion.

So you have activist courts saying something, not actual law.

Having a listbof commandments in the classroom is not "establishing" anything

Yep that sounds like an accurate statement of your ability to formulate a reasoned argument
Domer is the LW version of a Trumper....or is a Trumper a RW version of a Far Lefty? TBH, I really do believe it's the latter. After all, Trump and the Clintons were friends for years.
