Louisiana Requires All Public Classrooms to Display Ten Commandments

First Amendment doesn't say a word about Ten Commandments. Neither does the 14th Amendment. Emerson V Board is about public funding going to private and public school buses. Nothing about the ten commandments. So it appears the colossal moron here is you
The second amendment doesn’t say anything about semiautomatic weapons. Are you really this obtuse? Don’t answer, it’s rhetorical.

It does, actually. "Arms" indeed that actually included literal canons and a variety of semi-auto rifles that existed at the time (and an early machine gin. Nice fail dumbass

This isn't about the 14th Amendment. Read the first word of the 1st Amendment. The 14th Amendment didn't change the first word of the 1st Amendment from "Congress" to "States"
Where does the 2nd-8th amendment say "state."? The "Congress shall make no law" clause of the 1st amedment applies to all the amendments because that was the intent of adding them. Read some of the congressional debates on the ratification of the Bill of Rights so understand the context.
