What better way to steal than to distract the ones being stolen from with emotion-tugging suggested scape-goats?

Surely there is no more efficient crime than one in which the victims do not even realize they have been robbed!

Only those who have a history of being equally tough on or at least having expressed considerable disdain for the side they usually adhere to (and by disdain I don't mean for not being partisan enough) would be allowed in and the conversations must predominantly be about what a bunch of shitheads and assholes extremist partisans are.
