An excellent transcription! I'd like to see the entire documentary to see what they find. My guess is that they've always been here and are only an evolutionary offshoot of the species Homo Assholitus. Cable news gave the ones in central North America with a rich feeding source as your transcription stated. Access to the Internet allowed this branch of Homo Assholitus to fester evolve into the American Internet Troll offshoot.
Well, that's my theory at least. :)
