Why would Trump ask for a favor that ties into what Zalensky said about the Javelins if he wasn't conditioning the aid to his favor? The "though" sinks your ship, because that "though" is in reference to what Zalensky just said about buying more missiles.

And then there was his more recent admission by trump himself that he downplayed the danger. And continued to do so to prevent a "panic."
