The judge COULD sentence Trump to house arrest in NY at one of his properties. It's not a federal case, it's a NY State case. He could end up at Rikers.
Trump wrote on Truth Social he wants to suspend the Constitution. He said he wants to be dictator for a day. He proved on January 6 he prefers to thwart the constitutional process.

Trump did not say ANY RULES. Nor did he say ONLY rules you make. Traditionally both parties get to make the rules. Biden picked the time , place, moderator, microphone rules, and lack of audience and that they will be seated.
