Awesome interview by Harris!

Amendment Ten to the Constitution was ratified on December 15, 1791. It makes clear that any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large.

"In the early twentieth century there was a movement to give more power to citizens in the selection of candidates for the party's nomination. The primary election developed from this reform movement. In a primary election, registered voters may participate in choosing the candidate for the party's nomination by voting through secret ballot, as in a general election."

The coup and coronation did not allow the 14.5 million primary voters a choice…they were disenfranchised.

Hell hath no fury like a disenfranchised voter.

Two comments:

One...how do "the people at large" express themselves?

Two...so you also want each individual state to decide whether slavery can exist or not. Why?

Okay, okay. The fact that Kamala Harris is kicking your god's ass is bothering you.

A LOT!

We, here in JPP, are all your brothers and sisters. We feel sorry for you for your pain. We pity you for it.

Now...do you feel better?

It Depends.

The "Supremacy Clause" would cover slavery.

The core message of the Supremacy Clause is simple: the Constitution and federal laws (of the types listed in the first part of the Clause) take priority over any conflicting rules of state law.

No, I'm pointing out contrary to what many ex-Biden supporters on this board say, that Biden was forced from the race by the politburo of his party. He did not choose to leave of his own volition.
So what? Are you saying the Republican Party can do as they please but other political parties can't?

Do you want a Federal law that Democrats can only run candidates the Republicans can beat in an election, Terry?

I strongly doubt @ExpressLane or any other MAGAt, drug addict, charlatan, etc. can be anything other than a lip-service Christian. Probably just a money worshiper like their Orange Jesus.
I have seen little to no evidence that any of these self-proclaimed "Christians" actually follow the words of Jesus or the 10 Commandments, for that matter. False witness, coverting, failing to keep the Sabbath, adultery, etc. -- all in a JPP Xtian's day's work. lol

They don't and, like you, I've seen little to no evidence they do. They lie, they attack others, they bear false witness, they support adultery and murder.

Bullshit.

Get enough signatures and put it on the ballot.
In Michigan, we did just that. And the (R)s and the forced-birthers tried to get the courts to reject it. They lost; freedom won. Same thing in Florida, and other states that allow citizens to collect enough signatures to get a ballot measure before the voters. Some states don't allow this, so those citizens are stuck with whatever their legislature has done.

Legislation that affects our rights, freedom and/or privacy should not be up to the states.

Trump is the master of false and misleading statements.
Less eloquently, he's a big, fat liar. The problem isn't that Trump is a liar, a pedophile, an oath-breaker, an adulterer or a criminal. The problem is that so many Americans support this lying pedophile and traitorous criminal. Sad.
