This is not an example of a murderer who was not charged with a crime because Clark was indicted by a grand jury.

Bail is a different issue. It is not a blue-red issue. Ivanka had her "prison reform" that let criminals out of jail and cut federal sentences. Both sides are "soft" on those they like.

Anyone who supports WSE terrorists is, IMO, a WSE terrorist themselves. The law sees it a little different but the law does look at those who materially support terrorists.
