Once again you pretend that they are equivalent. They are not. As well as both of your estimates are repugnant. It is okay to allow 5% of them to hit 20 more kids before getting caught? The average molestor has molested over 20 kids before they are caught....

There is simply no "okay" amount of recidivism, and I believe that your estimates are extremely high, first because of the hidden nature of the crime and its low reporting rate, second because you just want it so bad....

No matter how "little" the recidivism there is simply no acceptable rate of recidivism for this crime.

Some crimes are just too "evil" to allow a second chance.

Right, and you are emoting all over a subject where you seek to "protect" the cirminal rather than the most innocent of victims. Some crimes are simply too insidious to allow second offenses to be a possibility.

I don't know why you don't care about the people that were murdered? Shouldn't all murder result in a stoning? We can't allow recividism, not in a special case like this. If someone "snaps" once, surely they will snap again, and after a while, naturally, the entire US population will be dead. Why do you believe in genocide?

This is one of your saddest attempts at logical fallacy to support an argument that I have ever seen. I refuse your attempt to turn the conversation into some inane emotive gotcha game based on a miscontrued earlier statement.

So far you are the only one who thinks its okay to let these people molest more children. I'll stick to that subject and continue stating that in the case of this crime no recidivism at all is an acceptable level of recidivism.

I believe Flordia's laws dealing with them are approporiate. Therefore, I believe in the toughest laws in that nation on the subject, Damo. That's why I "Don't care about children being molested" and "love child molesters".

I never put quotations around it. Now you are just being disingenuous. You state that there is an acceptable recidivism associated with molestation, I reject any such assertion.

The accpetance of recidivism in this crime denotes an agreement with an acceptable level of molestation of children. There is no such acceptable level, IMO. I don't feel the same with murder. Unless it was done to a child.

I disagree with any law that allows people convicted of this crime to ever even speak to a child again.

I have never stated either of these objectionable conclusions. This is your own suggestion, not mine.
 
You're clearly a murderer, and possibly a rapist, from your clear lack of conscious or caring about the victims of such crime illustrated by your desire to put such people back on the streets again. We should never forgive anyone for anything.

Let's think about this again, too. Think about armed robbery. How traumatic is it to have a gun pointed to your face? They should never have the ability to look at a cashier in the face again. WHy don't you care about cashiers? Some cashiers may be children, so you don't care about children. You obviously love child rape, therefore. And therefoer you're a child rapist.
