I have never heard of an arrest warrant served as a subpoena. So they would just hope that he would turn himself in, and stop raping children?
The police were there to arrest him. He knew they were police. There is no way it was self defense, even mistaken self defense. Then they want on to murder the police as the police tried to retreat.
Has trump gotten a subpoena yet? They are certainly working there way towards an arrest warrant. With white collar crimes, law enforcement takes it slower.
The initial raid happened on February 28th. Reno did not take office until March 12th.

ROFLMAO. You seem to not know that Federal officers are Federal officials. The President is the head of the Federal government. States can't charge federal officials for acts the perform under their official duties. Perhaps you should reread the 10th amendment. It doesn't repeal any of the Articles of the Constitution.
The courts first ruled in 1890 that states can't charge federal officials acting in their official capacity. It was later upheld in 2000 when Idaho attempted to charge FBI officers for murder at Ruby Ridge.
