Should TX gov Abbott prosecute Bill Clinton for BURNING ALIVE 85 americans at Waco?

"The siege on the Davidian compound began on February 28, 1993. Instead of simply knocking on the front door, 100 BATF agents stormed the compound to arrest David Koresh. Koresh went jogging quite frequently, and the government could have arrested him during those times, but they weren’t interested in simply arresting Koresh. The government wanted a confrontation. Unthreatened BATF and FBI agents opened fire with automatic weapons at the front door and the walls, knowing that there were innocent women and children inside."

Since they were executing a search warrant to search the premises, they were required to go to the compound and couldn't comply with the court order by arresting Koresh while he was not at the compound.

Sounds like some excuse from a Lawyer.

No. It's what the court said they could do. The fact that you don't know the difference between a search warrant and an arrest warrant speaks volumes. ATF followed the law when they tried to exercise their search warrant. We can argue whether they could have done a simple knock and then shown the warrant rather than their aggressive tactics but you can't claim they could have used the search to arrest someone not at the site the search warrant authorized them to search.

HAHAHAHA. Did you really say that???

Of course. If people complied with police orders police could avoid a lot of killings or injuries--that applies to the Branch Davidians, Ruby Ridge, police attempts to arrest individuals, and the Capitol riot. They all had no respect for law and authority.

The Branch Davidians ordered hand grenades by UPS which made it a federal offense and not a state case.

"Hand grenades are regulated under the National Firearms Act ("NFA"), a federal law first passed in 1934 and amended by the Crime Control Act of 1968. The 1968 amendments made it illegal to possess "destructive devices," which includes grenades. (26 U.S.C. § 5801.)"

I have sent a Letter to formally recognize you as an Honorary Member of the SS.

This religious cult was on a piece of farmland way outside Waco.

Now I know you were lying when you claim you have been there. It is suburban Waco, 13 miles from downtown. It takes less than 30 minutes to drive downtown.

I don't see them as a threat. I don't see them stealing, robbing, or killing anybody.

They were raping children. They murdered four federal police officers. They had several shootouts, and there were several enemies of their missing and never found. They threatened their neighbors. They committed fraud to steal money from taxpayers.

Really great people there.

hahahahahaha ... it's somewhere outside Waco with NO DIRECTIONS. I had to stop and ask where it was. The first guy was building a shed on his property and I had to drive up his driveway and ask directions. He told me "You see those 2 big Water Tanks over there, it's around there". The Water Tanks were like 3 miles off in the distance. I turned off the main highway and drove down this road. A Pick Up Truck was coming my way and I flagged him down. I asked him where it was and he told me to "Keep going, it was about a mile down and on the right". Then he started telling me that Koresh use to jog down this road in the morning. That if they wanted to arrest Koresh, they could have done it right here". I got to the site and the only thing there was a small church. A pile of Stones with the Names of the Killed that the Tex-Arkana Militia had built, and some Trailers off in the distance. I walked around, it was completely deserted. I got on my knees ... and said a Prayer.

I then drove to Oklahoma City. --->A massive monumental tribute with no expenses spared. 'Empty Chairs'. Even had a 'Guard', that was hiding in a doorway trying to keep warm, until we arrived. Then took on his Solemn Duty. Even had a Fence with dolls attached ... quite a Contrast to Waco.

They defended themselves from a bunch of dumbasses that wanted to kill them. ATF put on a 'Show' so they could get a Budget Increase.

"On February 28, 1993, the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Bureau raided the home of the Branch Davidians, a religious sect just outside Waco, Texas. The agency, which has suffered bad press due to sexual harassment and racial discrimination scandals, made sure reporters were there to witness its planned heroics and dubbed the raid “Operation Showtime.” "

"The agents sought to apprehend sect leader David Koresh, whom they deemed a dangerous cult leader, but who, as an integrated member of the community, they could have easily arrested peacefully on his regular jog or during one of his frequent visits to the bar. Indeed, not only had they monitored Koresh for over a year; he had befriended them, shown them a tour of his place and his weapons, and gone shooting with them."

Move to Canada, Walt.

States don't control the federal government!
South Carolina learned that in the Civil War.

Walt is blind to the Problem:

"In the last 20 years, the militarization of domestic policing has only ramped up—the drug war, the terror war, gun confiscations and martial law after Katrina, an explosion in prison populations and spending on local policing, military weaponry in the hands of law enforcement, concentration camps for illegal immigrants, internal checkpoints, SWAT raids unleashed on mostly non-violent Americans about one hundred times a day. Police kill about one American every day, and even if you think 90% of them deserve it, the sheer enormity of this situation deserves unrelenting scrutiny if not revolutionary outrage, not the yawns or outright support that we see instead."

Can you help me get these Fascists deported?

Northeast. It really is less than a half hour drive from downtown Waco. It is even closer to the Waco city line. If you are willing to speed, and everyone in Texas speeds, you can do it closer to 15 minutes. It is about 13 miles. It is 3 miles south of the US 84 exit.

Here is an easy map for next time you go:

I don't need to go again. I saw enough.

The point is a Government Death Squad killing Americans ... and people like YOU cheering about it.

The initial raid happened on February 28th. Reno did not take office until March 12th.

How about Ruby Ridge? Are you going to try to blame Reno for that too?

Hey stupid. Reno was in office when the 85 americans were burned alive. That's what matters. THINK

BTW - wikipedia says reno was 6'2'' tall. Which means it was really 6'5''. Tranny???
