This shows that zap was here earlier than the sig he uses now. Just sayin
What I know is that static IP's make it possible to create numerous accts. with different IP's. I have signed into my acct from numerous locations and I dare say that in looking at my history that only the original IP shows usage.
Meaning of course that creating accts and using them will show only the original IP. Let's say one day FAT ASS ZAP decides to create some troll acts ...everytime he signs in even if his IP has changed the original will be the one the admins see.

Cool, you might be able to help me as I have some issues when using Cisco to connect to come clients, and I am not sure if it's the vpn, my computer or something else.
I am a computer programmer. Right now, specializing in edi and before that in accounting systems. I use to have certs as MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA.
But are you the guy that hates Microsoft? Bastard! lol. No, I have done work in other stuff, most of the open source development and database tools, as well.

I was so hoping you'd say this. You see, I also know since I got rid of my wi fi and had my puter worked on that my IP has changed since joining here as well.

How much cause has Grind given you to not consider him trustworthy? The fact remains that he has Admin duties and features, and if he were not fit for the job, Damo would have stripped them from him.
It doesn't have a flipping thing to do with me considering him to be trustworthy or not. Even he admitted he couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. There are ways to use multiple IP addresses and fly under the radar.
This isn't an honor thing at all. It is, however, a belief I hold that Grind does not have all the answers. That you take issue with it is your problem not mine.

I am defending realistic explanations, because I am a realist. You may have noticed how I treat conspiracy theories as fiction 100% of the time, my attitude that the sky is slowly falling bit-by-bit (as opposed to suddenly and immediately, or not at all), and my meticulous consideration of alternative philosophies around me and how to cope and negotiate with them--all of which is indicative of a realist, as opposed to idealist, pragmatist, existential, etc., world view.
Fact is not a conspiracy theory. Fact is there are ways to have multiple IP addresses.
I read you and I think you are a pretty smart fella. I saw for many months you weren't taken seriously at all. You weathered that and hung in there. I have admiration for that. Your "stick-to-it-ness", if you will.
That does not mean that because you are a realist there isn't the possiblity to use multiple IP addresses. I am sure there are some very intelligent people who do exactly that to conduct "business". Perhaps risky business, but business just the same. Internet scams happen on the hour.
Grind may very well be good at what he does for this board. To suggest he cannot be wrong, or bamboozled, doesn't have anything remotely to do with being realistic.
I don't pretend to be an IT expert or even anything close to it. I talk with my IT people and they tell me what is going on in the internet geek world, what methods people use to fool others, scam them etc.

And I have known Zappa for the last nine years and I am going to tell you that it is entirely possible that asscancer is Zappa. If you are going to use how long you've posted with a person as some basis for fact, then I will do the same thing too.

I know what I am talking about grinette. I know the only IP associated with my name is the one I initially signed up with even though I use/have used a number of other 'puters to access my account and post.
