What Song Are You Listening To, Right Now?

"Sweet Child O' Mine"

Guns and Roses

She's got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories
Where everything
Was as fresh as the bright blue sky

Now and then when I see her face
She takes me away to that special place
And if I'd stare too long
I'd probably break down and cry

Sweet child o' mine
Sweet love of mine

She's got eyes of the bluest skies
As if they thought of rain
I hate to look into those eyes
And see an ounce of pain

Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place
Where as a child I'd hide
And pray for the thunder
And the rain
To quietly pass me by

The black album was the worst of their good albums but it was still alright. My personal favorite is tied between justice and puppets, ride the lightning comming in at #4 and kill em all at a very close #3.

I dunno, Fade to Black brings lightning up to #3 in my book. Puppets and Justice are 1 and 2, then Kill em All.

The Black Album is chock full o' lovesong and EMO rubbish. You go from Master of Puppets or Fade to Black to lovesongs and EMO crap? The sound was good, the lyrics reeked.

My best friend was a true, true Metallica head at the time, and when the Black Album came out, he cried, literally.

Justice was their last true powerhouse. All the albums were strong up till then. Even Garage days. The black album was their way of kicking their fans in the teeth for the greater glory. The true fans of prior, never forgave them for that or held the same esteem for them since.

The sound is the only reason that the black albums gets on the list at all I'll admit. Sad but True was pretty good though, same with Sandman.

"Brace yourself, Madam, you may feel a little prick as i slide it into your pussy" is how a chap in a 1970's British sit-com may have broken the news that your cat is diabetic and requires regular injections of insulin.

Apparently, Edinburgh University has shown that one in 230 pet cats in the UK is now suffering from diabetes. The reason? Obesity, ladies and gentlemen. We've all seen it in science fiction novels and futuristic television documentaries, such as Buck Rogers in the 21st Century, Fraggle Rock and ALF but the terror of the tubby tom-cat is now a hideous reality.

This new generation of felines aren't made of the same stuff moggies were made of in my day, let me tell you. Their days are no longer spent in the garden catching rats. No, they have immigrant cats to do that at a quarter of the price of a tin of 'Whiskers'. Typical cats today are too busy searching for kitty-porn on their mobile internet collars and watching dog snuff movies whilst lapping caviar off the thighs of some hairless foreign pussy. The dirty cat bastards.

Screaming Shadows - In The Name of God

BTW - This was the band that I was talking about, I can't believe I called them Screaming Pumpkins.

The fricking drummer is scary talented. It is best listened to with big base.
